Could be a possibility,sounds fun. My last race was 24 years ago at Buckmore Park!
I have Ellough park raceway 7 miles from me at the moment at Beccles,could have a look at their prices.

I went there about two weeks ago (Ellough), it's a good track and they say their Karts are fastest in UK.

Been there myself with work colleague's a couple of times doing grand prix events, A bit pricey to do too often and I wasn't the quickest by a long way, but had a really good time.
