I'm considering gettin some heko wind deflectors for my 3 door but not 100% on if I like them or not, what's your opinions and anyone with them got any pics of them on your car x

Due to Audi's crappy design on draining water from the windscreen which inturn drips into your car when the window is open, I can see the appeal but personally, I prefer the look of the car without them.

Why are you driving with the window open when it's raining anyway...

I have - but I've only done it once

If I need to clean mine and its warm, I've started putting my window up. Dependent on the speed you're going, you either water all over the inside of the door or a nice, refreshing shower! :scared2:

looks awesome with tinted windows, looks strange on a goldfish bowl car

I've had heko ones on every a3 I have owned but this time i've decided to go for climair as they are suppose to be better quality and found the heko ones only stayed in the windows if I used some double sided invisible tape along the edge of the deflector that goes inside the window.

Why are the climair ones better quality?

I've got the team heko ones and they keep coming out even though I've put loads of double sided sticky tape on which is the same stuff i use to hold number plates on

I like them and have had the climair on my last two, they are a good cheap mod because of the washing the window problem, when its warm you can leave the window open an inch behind them to get fresh air in,when its cold you can do the same so the car doesnt condensate going from you driving with the heaters on and all the warm air going cold trapped in the car causing damp and lastly if your on the motorway you can do the same drop the window a bit behind them which equals fresh air with no banging wind noise

I have the team heko ones on my a3 3 door, i like them, means you can still have the window open on motorway driving to. Also said in previous post, they look a lot better with tinted windows,

There made of thicker material so they hold themselves in just fitted mine and are much stronger than the heko ones although they are more expensive, will have to see if they come out as ive not used any tape.

Will be interesting to hear how you get on with the climairs kirsty - please give us an update on how they fair :)
