Whats the most fun car you've driven?

Mine was a Renault 5 GT turbo in red. Went round corners as though it was on rails but always remember the suspension being rock hard if it hit a pothole. Rapid too when the turbo eventually kicked in. Left it at the train station one morning to go to work and returned in the evening and it wasn't there(stolen, even with a good alarm). Police never found it. Have always wondered what happened to it.

B8 RS4 - amazing car, and I'd love one, but slightly pipped to the post by .....

Fiat Strada Abarth 130TC :faint:

Maybe rose tinted glasses, I'm going back probably 20 years, but the best handling most planted car I have ever driven!

(unless you've driven one, no comment required) :icon_thumright:

My first car a Triumph Dolomite Sprint was good fun until i got myself a Vauxhall Chevette 2300 HS, oh my God, brought a smile on my face every time i drove it.

Had the HS for 23years, just sold it 3 years ago, still miss it to this day. :sob:

This.
Mk2 Escort
Doing this.
Escort Sideways
(funnily enough this is outside a driving school, but there were lots of 90 degree corners so it was my playground especially in the wet/snow)

Just a 1600 xflow at the time, single box exhaust, adjustable Spax, AP clutch, Twin 40s. Sounded like an angry rally car. OK, it was slow, did 17 second 1/4 miles but in Keilder as car 0 it was tremendous....under Killer Keilder killed it. It ate its dizzy and got two punctures. Stupidly sold it for a mk2 CRX as my bro had a very quick one I wanted one. This Escort was rebuilt from the ground up before I bought it for £850 in 2001. The same spec would be around £6-7k now.

Or my 998cc Austin Mini with budget tyres. Rarely worked but when it did it was incredible at 29mph.

Pulsar :busted_cop:

i had a stupidly fast pulsar 14 years ago it was rare as rocking horse and i agree i can see why you it could be the best fun car ever...but the fun of it was taken away for me by the fact that every time i drove it i wondered what may break next!!!!

VXR Corsa

I must admit I did a VXR day at Rockingham and the Corsa was pretty good, plenty of power and grip. The Astra was silly. As was the Meriva LOL. The VX8 or whatever it's called (the Holden thing) was such a disappointment for my first drive in a V8.

It was stripped/caged/forged/quaifed/big turbo'd ect
Around £20,000 of bits on it. Made me sweat on boost
10mpg at best made me sell it though
