Hi, can anybody tell me the name of the part circled in the picture please? Mine is really loose and the pipe is all dented, looking at replacing it. Thanks
That's the air intake which funnels air to the filter, not sure what the part number is but its easy too take off so have a look on the back of it there should be a part number there.

Cheers buddy, mine seems goosed. It looks like there should be two screws maybe holding it in but there's nothing there. I can just pull it off, also the piping is crushed. Would this cause any problems at all?
Yea there should be two screws holding it on one either side, also you will need to remove the clip holding the pipe to the air box, then it will all pull off.
As long as the pipe hasn't punctured it shouldn't cause a problem mate.

Unless is properly squished or cracked I wouldn't bother getting a new one. Just get a couple of torq screws and save some money! Failing that get a cold air intake start the modding!!

Been thinking of modding, bought car around 4 week ago now. Had other things to do first, cambelt change with tensioners and water pump, oil change, new thermostat, renew HPFP follower and DSG service all done now so onto the mods. Was thinking of a remap but car has 111k on the clock so thinking this could be a bad idea ha
