What is the best remap for my car?

I have an 2003 audi a4 1.9 tdi 5 speed which a just got a custom exhaust put on last week and now want to remap it but not sure where to get it done. Where do yous suggest ?

Star performance in Kirkcaldy, highly recomended, they have a website with all info.
 
I have a Shark remap on mine and love it. Nice progressive pull and can get to license losing speeds quite easily. 5th gear motorway overtaking is a breeze and it loves A roads! Ummm, so yeah, I like it :)
