Just after some of your thoughts and advice.
ive got a 2001 A3 aum, which i have owned for nearly 2years. fingers crossed i havent had any shock reliability problems withit although i did have to change the turbo last year and done a oil pump on it this year, but like i say nothing i wasnt expecting.
I am currently running a stage 2 amd map @ 218bhp.
I am in the dilemna that i realy love the car...i want to spend money onit and see some mega power gains..(turbo upgrade) but i am not sure weather the engine is up to it as it has covered just under 160k.
i know every engine is different, and it all depends on how it has been treated but has anyone got any thoughts of the life expectency of the engine? some have said that these are good for 300k?
should i be looking at selling and getting a lower mileage one
