How much for the Top Gear Test Track?

Anyone know or care to hazzard a guess as to how much a track like the Top Gear race track would cost? If I'm right, it's part of a runway (still in use? think I saw a plane in the background of an episode).

Any info? Google didn't help. Cheers.
 
Cheers TDI-Line. Good site but didn't have the info I was looking for. Maybe I wasn't clear enough. How much would it cost to build a track like the Top Gear test track? It looks pretty basic (albeit designed by the guys at Lotus) so I guess it's a case of buying enough land in the right location and a bit of planning. Just trying to open this up for discussion since it's something that intrigues me.
