yes mate, the less threads showing underneath the coils the lower your car will be.
so the more you wind the adjuster down, will give u less arch gap....i think this is what youre asking lol

the lower the locker, the lower the spring, the lower the ride 
less travel, increased "stiff-ness" just remember that.
