New Wheels - Rate them if you like

After I found these pics on TSW site I remembered why I wanted the Nurburgs in gunmetal....

Fifteen52 ftw, but don't do it, I haven't seen another s3 with them on ;)

They definitely aren't light, but they are bringing out 9.5 j ones :eyebrows:

I need some s4 Avus wheels in my
Life. Best looking wheels in this thread!

the reason i never chose the nurburgs is because i HATE that black with polished face look.

BUT, looking at that photoshop of them in gunmetal, im converted, they look superb!!!

Seconded or avus III's

Don't worry mate, I live in Norway so you'll never see it if i were to get them, apart from any pics I post here of course. They do look sick, but I'm struggling making a choice here....

So nobody liked these then? Makes it more Gran Turismo, but I think it suits the car. Depends if I'd like to attract the attention of da palice or not I guess :busted_cop:

What about Porsche wheels?
Have a look at the pics people have posted (it's a sticky) some smart looking 3's in there! ;)

they are fairly heavy yeh, you'd be looking at around 22kg including tires, +/-1

considered team dynamics pro race?

+1. pro race 1.2's and you can choose what width and offset you want too ( the choice of many a race car so nice and light)

its what im after for mine too.

Last run for today; still think the TSW Spas are nice on this car, and maybe a custom colour really makes them come alive:

wow they do look nice! would need some really fancy brakes to pull it off though. That also is a really tidy looking silver s3

or some rs4's in gunmetal... wink wink

might be interested in a swappsie if your've got something nice ;)

I'm pretty sure I'm going for the gun metal TSW Nurburgs, they are light @ 18.6 lbs and here is how they actually look in the flesh (these are 19" though) :

how much are these like the look of them in gunmetal.

yh there nice but just keep reminding me of vxr or focus st wheels.... and i couldnt have that every time i looked at my car!!

Finally I got my setup sorted and the new rims fitted. The car is now lowered on H&R's, Forge Tie Arms fitted as well as some new discs up front. Pretty pleased with how it looks :icon_thumright:. The only thing left is wheel alignment, but I'm not too far off (I think).

The stance is just as I wanted, just inside the arch.

Because the rims are very open, I could not help myself and fitted new discs up front. Yes they are Mintex :eyebrows:......

OZ super t's in satin black, look good on any car, classic motorsport rims.

I think sticking to those rims has paid off mate, looks well smart!

They look great. Gunmetal on silver car looks immense.

Looks great, you need some bigger brakes to show off now!

Good choice Tricki, looks real nice in them pics.

Yeah sure, but do I need them for performance? Maybe I do, they were smokin' the other night going UP this small mountain. It's twisty, but still...
