When it was sold to me it was advertised as misano red but ive just ordered a touch up pen from audi,gave him my reg and he has told me its brilliant red and it only states RED on V5 so think it must be brilliant red mate

I will be posting some pics of the car with the S3 skirts on shortly,they have totally transformed the exterior of the car,i'm made up, it looks the nuts
 
imho, people focus too much on front and rear bumpers... A3's need S3skirts more than anything else.. It makes all the lines connect so much better...

Thanx paullie i'm blaming the mod bug on you it was your grille that set me off lol :yes:

Think i will be keeping an eye out for one lingy,but was thinking is it possible to just change the lower valance or is the bumper a totally different shape

I'm not sure what the going rate is for these off fleabay but as far as im concerned i think i had a bargain!!!

I payed £350 for the skirts/end caps and the 4 door blades and they had been sprayed my car colour red too,and like new not a mark on em,dead chuffed so all i had to do was buy the fitting kit (£13) from stoke audi.

I refitted the original S line sill trims and they look great,just cut the small tabs off the underside and stuck em back on with sikaflex fit perfect

RESULT !!!!!!!:happy:

If i had of damaged my s line ones taking em off i would have had to buy the S3 ones,(and they are fecking expensive N8 as you know) but i got em off using one of those flat paint stripper type thingys,they came off sweet as and they went back on even easier lol and look spot on

If anyone is interested in a how to i will post some pics of the install,but really easy mod this one and IMHO think it has totally changed the whole look of the car
 
audi upgrades
major improvement dude... I think the rear bumper looks OK. I think its the mud flaps causing it to look a bit odd!? maybe....

Thanks for the comments folks and I think you might be right about the mudflaps,was going to try and live wiv them through the winter but might take em off wkend and see what it looks like cause the rear bumper looks ok in the flesh
