One word - Awesome! It's sooo much better than the factory subs, both standard and bose.

Cheers,

Cheers,

I know it is awesome as i have one but i'm wondering about cutting a hole in it so the ub can flex more. i think i don't really no too much about sub's and stuff but a friend said to do it. will it make it more punchy or less.

I doubt it will punch much more as ported. I think it's better to be sealed as it's such a small sub and you wouldn't hear it drop low frequencies at all. Yes it will make it flex as it's releasing more air but you wouldn't hear alot of that difference. If you're looking for more punch and dropping lows then look into a proper 12" sub. I was running 2x12's in mine before, now that had punch lol.

Andymac stealth sub is great at what it does for a custom install, but obviously it has a limited range compared to a proper 10/12/15" setup. If you want BASS, then you need a proper box in the boot, the stealth sub is just that, stealth, but it's still a heck of a lot punchier than the plastic Bose sub unit.
