CE module coding question

I recently update my 2003 8P A3's central electronics module to a 30 byte version. I've coded everything fine but there are a few new options I dont know what they are for:

byte 8, bit 3 - interlock display via CAN instruments active

and

byte 23, bit 2 - internal turn light control algorithm active
I'm guessing bit 3-4 are linked to bit 2

any thoughts?

I had to rewire some of the electrics to use the new 09 module so swapping it back will be troublesome LOL. Its ok, everything is working fine, it was just in case you knew off the top of your head. Thanks.
