Drivers door interior window switch surround/grab handle

Hello all

The coating on my drivers side interior grab handle and around the electric window switches, has come away in places, looks like a ring or something has been catching it when the previous owner has been closing the door, does anyone know if this can be recoated or can I buy just the surround from anywhere, audi say I have to buy the whole handle for £98+VAT.

Got the finger plate from Audi this morning and here is the before and after, the old one looks terrible cos I attempted stripping all of the coating off, which as you can see failed badly lol.

Bringing this back from the dead, and as the part number thread doesnt allow you to post on, does anyone know what the passenger side version of this part number is?
