Today I received my Haldex Performance with the wireless controller that allows you to choose between three different settings (eco, stock and race). I will be fitting it this weekend...I promise some write up

I like the mechanical wired switch... cause it looks "raw" ^^

Mine is wired into the little cubby hole under the dash where it's virtually invisible,so you wouldn't know it's there.

The Haldex controller does make a good deal of difference in conjuction with suspension and brake mods.

I fancy one myself, i look forward to the write up and your view on it.

It really does give better traction,as well as improved handling, but I think you need to have uprated suspension(ARBs and coilovers),to get the best out of it.

When you've got used to running with it in Sport or Race, turning it back to Normal makes the car feel as if something's broken.

Does anyone actually use the controller though? I have had one in the Audi for four years and it has been left on race mode all the time and never seen the need to change it.

With a Revo Stage 2+ (350bhp aprox) and this controller in race mode will I be able to oversteer in 2nd or 3rd gear?

how can the haldex controller be configured to be in race mode? I thought it defaulted to sports mode?

how can you oversteer when at best the power split would be 50-50 and most of the weight of the car is in the front?

The only way to oversteer is to flick it into a turn and floor it when the tail rotates out to follow the turn.
