Dash swap???

My dash is starting to lift at the edges and I noticed last night that the strip under passenger airbag blank is also starting to pop. It looks naff and shows the cars age. How hard is it to swap the upper dash section?

Mines the same. I was thinking it might be easier to get a replacement airbag cover as mine has warped a little. I dont think its worth a full dashout job though tbh.

I'm a picky sod though and it'll drive me mad if I don't sort it. Done numerous dash swaps in Fords so I'm not going in blind. Mind you if things go to plan with work I may be changing the car next year.

i changed the top of my b6 and it was quite easy to do,the hardest bit was getting the radio out to remove the centre locating lugs so in the end i had to cut them off but no biggy as there's loads of screw points and it doesnt creak or make a noise!! oh and the wires for the center speaker were very tight/short !
