way hay first gp on sun what does everyone think, will rossi be able to defend the title or will new boy spies ruffle some feathers should be good to watch .Should be entertaining what with lorenzo and stoner, and pedrosa for that matter, fully fit for the new season .Still can't see past rossi but as i said would be good if spies made an impact canny wait :rockwoot:
 
im with you on that one mate, all the usual suspects again hey, all trying to gun rossi down. would like to see it be close to the end again this season, maybe pedrosa will be a contender but not straight away, now hes switched to ohlins hes struggling, i guess he will come good but maybe to late in the season.
spies will deffo be one to watch this year providing he gets the backing in the pits over edwards.
lorenzo has a injury coming into first race ( broken thumb i think ) but will deffo be up there all season.
i think the first race will be between rossi and stoner, rossi not done him there yet so should be out for blood now.
also hope dovvy has a good season too, very impressive rider
 
Its got to be between Rossi and Stoner, can't see anyone else troubling them for the whole season
I don't think Pedrosa has a title in him, he just doesn't have the upper body strength required to muscle the bike around, especially in the braking zone. When he has everything dialed in he's just about untouchable, but in a fight with Rossi and Stoner he loses out almost every time

I'm looking forward to Moto2

Now that should be a mental series
 
Yeah moto 2 looks like it might take the centre stage this year .going to the bookies tommorow and do the now traditional grand national /moto gp bets not picked a horse yet ,but i think i'll have a tenner on rossi for the title (no cash return due to low odds ) and a fihas to fight it out with someone ver on spies /dovvy (not sure wich yet ) just for a bit of interest gonna be a crackin season .watchin just now and stoner is setting fastest laps as usual until he has to fight it out with someone in the twisty's lol
 
Looks like Rossi's season is over gutted for him sounded like a nasty one .Lets see how pedrosa and lorenzo fight it out for the rest of the season
 
dovi all the way !!!! hes very under estimated if ya ask me, to be honest i find him more consistant than danny.
id guess that lorenzo should take it now, gutted rossi is out .
was nice to hear even lorenzo state that the championship wouldnt be the same without rossi in it .
 
He seems to be taking time to learn his craft and progress towards the front of the field, barring injury I can see him taking a title in the not to distant future. Just down to Honda to put the bike underneath him.
I can't see Danni ever taking a title, his small build may help him off the line but he doesn't seem to be able to cut it in a straight fight with other riders.

It's not just Rossi I'm concerned about, if the grid continues to be reduced by injury it'll be worse than it was in the late 80's early 90's
