    KW Adjustable Springs recommended?

Do DPM stock AP Coilovers for the A6 C7.5? There doesnt seem to be an A6 section on the DPM website. I had AP's on my S3 and they seemed a well built reputable mid-range option, but I'm also open to anyone's recommendations in the 500-1000 price range.

    KW Adjustable Springs recommended?

HI Damien. The car has covered 95k miles, and I'd have to assume they're all the original dampers

    KW Adjustable Springs recommended?

Hi Chaps, Looking to get the Avant slightly lowered as I'm getting a big brake kit setup ordered this week. I have seen the KW Adjustible Springs mentioned in a comment on the forum before, but can't find any thread dedicated to discussing if anyone has experience of them. The adjustable...

Adblue recall - Gearbox performing totally different

Its not the sensor change that's the problem, it also involves updating ECU and TCU software versions which have cause the issues discussed above. The sensor and software change is to fix a hack that was in the software to fake the emissions results to pass MOT emissions tests, not just to...

Adblue recall - Gearbox performing totally different

Yeah mine was just booked in for a wheel bearing and they sprung this on me when i dropped the car off. They were incredibly vague with details, only said it was to replace the adblue and an adblue sensor or probe. Had I known before turning up I would have researched the recall prior to...

    Android Auto confusion

Id be keen for knowing what wireless AA dongles people have had success with. I found one a few months ago recommended in another forum but not sure which one i'd have to do some digging around. The cable isnt too much hassle, but do find sometimes its cutting out for 2 seconds every minute or...

Brand new 034motorsport locking collar kit. Tighten up your chassis with this upgrade kit. Bought for my S3 8P but never got around to fitting. S3 is gone now so these are going brand new. I paid around £220 but I will take £180 including free next day shipping too! Link to product on...

Adblue recall - Gearbox performing totally different

Thanks for the info bud. Just looking for a company fairly local that know what they're doing with Audi tuning and preferably big diesels. Dyno would be a bonus that's for sure. I spoke to Audi, rep on phone wasnt much help so i'll take your advice and leave it as 'checked off' in Audis eyes...

Adblue recall - Gearbox performing totally different

Thanks for the info as much as its bad to hear, but at least I'm not imagining it! The car is frustrating to drive at the moment. I've not noticed it feeling down on power, but i've not really put my foot down too much since having it back, perhaps I need to see. Did you get yours remapped...

Adblue recall - Gearbox performing totally different

Yeah I've had the bitdi for 6 months now, and can't say it has ignored a manual upshift when you'd expect it to allow it. Obviously setting off it wouldn't ever let you stick it straight into 8th, but sensible changes, up and down, at various road speeds it's always allowed. You could then tell...

Adblue recall - Gearbox performing totally different

Hi chaps, Collected my car from Liverpool Audi yesterday for a wheel bearing. Whilst it was in they briefly mentioned there was a recall for the adblue. They were very vague about what was actually done (i assume something to do with the emissions scandal). Service rep said they changed the...

Snow Chains for trip to alps

Thanks for the info chaps thats very helpful. On the topic of snow socks I have recently seen these advertised, and wasn't sure if they were considered sensible for proper winter mountain weather, or more suited to 'a bit of UK snow'. I'll certainly look at the reviews. Thanks beemer for the...

Snow Chains for trip to alps

I believe its compulsory to have chains regardless of winter tyres or not though. I'd rather not get winter tyres as that also means buying tyres, having them fitted, then removed after trip etc or buying spare wheels etc its just more time consuming. Id need chains too anyhoo :/ Plus this week...

Snow Chains for trip to alps

Does anyone have recommendations for snow chains for the A6 Avant C7. 5 quattro? running stock 20" alloys with stock size tyres - 255/35 R20 that aren't crazy expensive. Everything I'm finding is £300+ but ideally looking for something less maybe 150 max. I don't want to spend a fortune on them...
