Same on my TDi 130. Been doing it for quite a while now, on and off. More noticable on a downhill slope than any other time. Apart from that it drives fine. Sort of put up with it for 6 months, as its not all the time. Dont think Temperature effects it, in my case.

Had my Passenger Roof Rail done by Bristol Audi under Warranty, thanks to this thread. Unfortunately its now back with them as of yesterday due to the corrosion returning in the Same Place! This is only 11 Month's on. Dont forget to check the rails from time to time...just in case!
