I take it the lights are on when you are doing this and on flat ground? Hold the green tick and you will see the headlights move up and down. Let go after they finish moving around 10 seconds. After that click on the tick button again to accept the settings. If not NHN is probably best to help...
should be able to do it in obdeleven but may have to slightly modify the process due to its software interface. Do the below with the engine running and then you should be able to clear all your fault codes. You can skip the part where you actually adjust them and move on to the next step...
Which fuse did you change? Its normally a 7.5 amp fuse but the location changes dependent on build year and model. See the thread below.

2008 Audi A4 B8 saloon all 4...

Take of the plastic cover of the rear wiper and take the plastic water jet off that, plastic cover just unclips and plastic jet just pulls off. Check if water comes out with it off. Easy 1 min way of checking if pipe has come loose or its a blocked jet. I had a blocked jet so just replaced it...
Cheapest way to clean the turbo is 2 bottles of forte turbo cleaner and 1 bottle of forte advanced diesel treatment in a full tank of fuel. Quite a lot of reviews on Amazon from BKD owners having resolved the issue you’re facing using this method.
