Just had my first service on my S3, Coulsdon Audi charged my £238 hope this helps seeing it's up the road from Epsom.

Just a quick update, the car has been in and they said the they need to take the car apart and grease... like what you all suggested. Car is going back first thing in Jan.... many thanks for all your advise.

Facelift mate... there seems to be alot of design faults, water coming in when opening doors and this you'd think that they would fix all this on a facelift?

Dried out? it's only been 6 months? I'm going to call them next week

It happens in all modes! but I get the noise at the front more than the rear... Haha no i DO go over humps very slowly...

Hey peeps, I have S3 with 18" and mag ride, when I go over a speed hump it's usual fine but when I go over the harder and higher ones I get a klunk noise coming from the suspension/shocks, feels/like its hit the body or something... (not all the time) but most of the times.... Anyone...

Would be interesting to know peeps, mine is under 4k and is not looking that great... still have 3 and a half years to go!

Yeah... I was getting that impression as the car has been sitting at the port for about 3 1/2 weeks now... an indication of not enough cars being ordered.

Wow, that is a nice big discount! My mate's 2016 1.4 Saloon cost that much after discount! He should of got the S3 instead! Good Luck with the new car :)

@GSB I did ask for a courtesy car as I didn't want to pay for service, MOT and tax on my old car, didn't get it :( @Daveotto they've heard the frustration in my voice but I haven't F and blind at them like @MattSedg says it's out of the dealer's hand I understand... not sure they would give me...
