18K/yr. But it's done over 18K since the last service. If servicing's been set as "Flexible" (up to 18600 miles) surely it should on the count-down to a service now with the associated dashboard messages....

Thanks, X3man. Do you mean the spring mechanism in the end of the hose that's attached to the washer? The one which you attach the two detachable nozzles to shown in the picture (or your foam lance)? It's as if the spring mechanism in the end of this hose (attached to the washer) won't compress...
It's always been quite difficult to detach the nozzle from my Karcher K4 pressure washer but never a problem to attach the foam lance. All of a sudden, I just can't get it to attach. I'm baffled. Any ideas?
I've looked in the manual and played with all the gadgetry but still can find no way to change the radio (volume) to default to "off" or at least the last selection it was left (on/off). So every time I start the car, regardless of whether I had the radio on or not when I stopped it and locked...
