i've got VAGcom now but no lead. Version 409-1 I've ordered a KKL VAG compatible lead off Amazon What do i need to know about getting it to work? When I open VagCom it asks me to test but there is no option for a USB check - why is this? I'm new to this so go easy on me ! Thanks Ian

it is typically fluttery Check the EGR isn't leaking, the turbo pipes to and from intercooler can split and also consider getting idel speed increased Factory setting is about 800rpm we had ours turned up to 900 as it would randomly cut out when it had been sat in sun all day, cold engine...

i have F1 Asysm's on back of Beemer good tyres - done away with RFT's in favour of proper tyres. so far i'm impressed and not bad at £90 each from Camskill

our drive at home points down towards the house and quite often when cold car does not like to reverse off the drive. Lots of throttle nothing happens and then it's off like a rocket. :wtf: starting to worry me. car is out of warranty now.....so hope the DSG control isn't playing up. Other...

early BKD engine suffered with head porosity probs. i think thats what Kaz was getting at.....

A3 versions don't have spokes that fall in towards centre like A4 and A6 so very different if you put tham side by side.

i used them on my 8L A3 but they kept blowing all the time. They don't like getting too hot.

our was cutting out when stood in traffic - new pipes fitted and idle speed turned up.
