    Update* Checked timing everything is spot on, got a new genuine crankshaft sensor(engine speed sensor) from TPS and it seems to have cured the problem nothing has come back and car is running great! Thanks for the help.

    Cheers guys, I will get on checking the timing. I actually have a vcds cable at home.i bought ages ago from wish I will see if it works. Stuart, the belt was done 4 and a half years ago last time so it's due very soon. I've had 0 issues until now? Cheers

    Hi tuffty Thanks for your reply, the other foods were P0322 , P0321 and also 01314, the 01314 code was coming up before the others did this no longer comes up after putting in an old MAF. I will have to check the timing on the crank etc, nothing feels loose, it's almost like the stress and heat...

    Think I might have to invest in a pressure tester. I will bleed the mc tomorrow and see how that goes. I assume the bleed nipples for the mc are under the reservoir? Are there two? Thanks

    To be honest I have not yet bled the master cylinder I will do this tomorrow, could this happen if it is not bled? Yeah they are genuine and I bless the nipples in that order. Pumping the pedle u fortunately but I did not go to the floor once? Thanks
