Hi All,
I'm looking to spray / refurb my leather seats. Does anyone know the paint code for the red for the red/black leather seats - these are electric/heated if that helps.
Thanks in advance.
Soldered the wires together and placed into a single slot as per OEM - still blows the 10A fuse when sliding the seat back/forth or raising it up/down.
Hi All,
So, I've managed to fit the electric / heated seats. The issue I am having is on the passenger side, when I slide the seat to either end the 10A fuse blows, the same happens on the drivers side where I raise or lower the seat and the fuse blows. What I noticed is, if I use a 15A fuse...
Manage to release the pin - for anyone else: insert a hair pin into the holes/gaps either side and then yank. It'll release the pin. I tried with a few other tools made specifically for this but no dice, surprisingly a hair pin worked.
If you want the repair wire part no: 000979 406E
I think I found the part, but what pin goes on the other end? I either have it in slot SB29 (low) or SB53 (high) ...but unsure if its just a standard fuse slot pin?
So, no luck fixing the heated seat. I've read the G345 is a small resistor that can be replaced but located inside the seat (with heating element) - do I remove the seat cover (looking for info on how this is done)
reseated the pins into the connector (D) and all fixed now, ran adaptation settings - still unable to up the temp on the drivers side.
I'm thinking of replacing the G345 sensor but its located inside the seat?
