Thanks both for the replies :) I've taken a punt on 4G0035061N, when I first wired it in, the mmi (3g high as amafzal88 rightly guessed) wouldn't boot up but after coding the unit and the correcting the svm it seems so far to be compatible. I'm hopefully getting component protection removed...

The amount of work involved in the retrofit will depend on if it's the B&O amp designed to run on the most bus or not I'd have thought. It might be worth checking that before you go buying any wiring as you could be looking at having to source a different amp or retrofitting the mmi 3g to get it...
