Managed to get a quick look on way home tonight. As far as i can see all the drive shaft bolts are tight. I loosened the botton arm nut at the n/s/f wheel and lowered the car to the ground and re-tightened as i tightened it when the car was on the stands when i noticed it.(doubt that would cause...

The only other thing i touched on the n/s/f wheel was the nut for the lower suspension arm.It was loose so i tightened it up (New are previous owner must of forgot to tighten as was hand tight )

Yeah checked them and they are fine. Only thing i can think it maybe is the driveshaft,It felt like the thumping you get when you wheel spin a fwd transit

Whats the best brand of kit to get?I'll start looking now so i have everything in stock ready to go. Sods law a flywheel and clutch went on ebay yesterday for £300 :gun2:

After buying a clutch alignment tool for machinemart it's all back together . Only gave it a 2 feet forward and a 2 feet backwards test in the garage but i must say thats one of the worst job i have ever done on a car . Just hope the timing belt swap in the winter doesn't put me off audi's for...

Clutch and ttv flywheel on. After 3 attempts at getting the box back in i gave up for tonight (arms aching lol) Need to get an alignment tool before i try again as diy on wasn't cutting it.
