I noticed your systems differs from the one that I was going to have in that there is no foam blank? at the rear of the filter as is run on all the other VAG stuff they do you are going to get warm air bleed due to this...

I am sticking with the 2.0 tfsi as we know its a great block just need to strengthen internals due to this little problem.
As for the 2.5 lump, I may in the not to distant future jack the GF's Merc in for a TT-RS which will be tweaked of course! ;)

I would suggest changing the injectors, this will allow more fuel to flow at high revs, not sure about Superchips but other tuning companys can rewrite the map to compensate for the fuel cuts!
Look at the build threads to gain ideas, its more about want you want from the car really, 450+ big turbo like mine or the best car you can get with the Ko4, and trust me there are some awesome cars out there!!
