The warranty guy who come out said it was a manufacturing defect and that the area were the sensor and rear view mirror sit was not flat as it was rocking when applying pressure.
Autoglass mentioned they would send this back to Pilkington Glass.

I had to use them back in April and had to call them back as they did not fit the rear view mirror properly (and noticed my auto wipers were not operating correctly) , the warrant chap come to have a look and found that the glass I had was faulty so he could not stick the module down properly...
Just had a look 18c is 62PSI, You should ahve around 2 bar (30 psi) on the low side and approx 8 - 12bar on the discharge side when the compressor is running.

Autoglass just been and I need a warranty replacement screen, the rear view mirror and sensor is not sticking properly, least I will a proper Audi one :)

Did something similar, reversed parked in the end bay at work, as I went to leave I thought I had cleared the Kirb when tuning out and cought the rear passenger side :(
