    Water in battery tray!!

I had the same problem with mine, however the water in mine was only about 2" from covering the battery, there must have been a couple of pints at least. A tad more than moisture in the car, more like a goldfish bowl sloshing around in the boot!

    Voyage of Discovery

Not a question but more an observation. I have an alarm problem at the moment with the old girl. Using the forum I think that I have tracked it down to the rear tailgate sensor. Anyway this lead to a flat battery, obviously not under the bonnet so a clambering into the boot went I. Opened the...

    no justice

Its a bit sad really the perception that people have about the police. It all comes down to knowledge and by that I mean knowledge of what the police 'service' can, can't, should or shouldn't do. Can I add that we used to have a police force. It is impossible and pointless to even try and...

    S-Line Leather Interior.

Just a quick question. Is there any way of dealing with the wear on the seat edges of my A3. Is there a dye/polish that can be used to reduce the signs of wear. Any advice please. Thanks

Another Bridgnorthite, good stuff. Plans for the car, well re-map and exhaust eventually. Must have multi function wheel, I keep going for buttons that aren't there.

    New Audi yesterday

38K on the clock, paid £13,900 including warranty and 12 months tax. Great trade in on my Type R. I live in Shropshire so bang in the middle if someone has a wheel and we can do a deal.

    New Audi yesterday

Hello all, Picked up the Audi yesterday 06 plate A3 Sportback 3.2 V6 (manual) s-line in phantom black. What a car. Sounds fantastic, quiet and smooth unlike the type r for the last 2. I even managed 36mpg, according to the computer. 45min drive, mixed A roads and dual track but quite...

    Bye Bye Type-R

Afternoon all, Thought I'd say hello. I've just sorted a deal to replace my Civic with an A3. I had a couple of quality issues that Honda failed to sort so I'm voting with my feet and ditching it. Sad because I love the way it drives and sounds. Must admit I'm also the wrong side of 40 to...
