If you're not bothered about the sticker then surely just get a remap and save yourself a load of hassle?

I wouldn't have thought that changing the engine would automatically entitle you to have the vehicle plated to the higher towing capacity. I'm sure there are many hoops to jump through in order to get the vehicle approved to tow the higher capacity.

This is mine on 18's and H&R springs. I'm swapping to 19's soon, got the tyres just need to find some wheels. If I was keeping these I'd want to fit some spacers as they're too tucked into the arch as they are.

Thanks @JG51 AUD but I'm going to need some a little sooner. The tyres on my 18s are borderline at the moment so was looking to swap wheels at the same time as a new set of tyres. I didn't think they'd be this hard to come by!

I got the Viseoo this week. It's definitely the best option, plug-and-play and then forget about it. If you have a 3G MMI (Not 2G or 3G+) then there is a cheaper alternative available, this is due to the way the MMI supplies the power (iPod emulation I think)
