The revs hold without changing gear, i could be in 4th and release the accelerator and still have the issue. I do not have to press the clutch down for this to happen.
In terms of idle , it pretty much sits at 1200 rpm.

Just this week the car holds revs for around a second before dropping when you release the accelerator. Feels very similar to leaving the cruise control on for a split second and happens at all speeds

Just finished this this morning.
Answer is yes, 3 bolts each side, 2 bolts on the gearbox mount. Drop the cross member, exhaust gets in the way slightly but is doable. Then undo the 3 bolts holding the mount to the gear box. Can be All done in a couple of hours .

Can anyone confirm if i have to drop the gearbox mounting subframe to change the gearbox mount? Looking at it i dont think there is any other way to do it.?
