Yeah thought it was the rack, apparently they're pretty much a sealed unit so it cant have parts replaced...is it under warranty? mite have to address the problem myself, but thinking of aquiring an S3 or S2000 soon so might not bother... Good luck matey...

Cheers guys, On one occaision the engine did start to steam but the temp stayed just over 90....as i got to the petrol station to fill the system, i found the filler cap lying next to the air filter box!, must have blown off.... im guna change that for a start.... As for the coolant return...
