Hi mate, those look ready nice, the discs seem to be flat ie offset and in the pics the calipers seem to be sticking out way past the hub face. Is that going to be an issue with rims clearing.
M62 eatons at a push can flow air to see 270-290 but with very high air temps, Eaton are also know as 'heatons' lol
Well if you geared the Eaton 2:1 70mm pulley to your OEM 140mm you'll see 6psi just off idle and 8-10 by 2k. The 2nd ecu would just need an rpm signal and boost to switch the valve...
I'm in the middle of doing a merc m62 20v golf and their is loads of room, the only merc m62 has a clutch pulley which would make life a little bit easier as at a set rpm or boost level you could turn it off, but due to it's large pulley size (110mm) and VW's 140mm crank pulley you wouldn't see...
