Ordered a new 1.4 SB sport on 13/01. Was given build week 14 (which was last week I think) and was told by the dealer today that the car is in the UK at Tyne port and with a fair wind I could have it within 7 days. :). Happy days!
I had a Mazda a few years back which had an electronic service book. Had no issues and they would send out a yearly 'record' in the post so you had something tangible to handover to a prospective buyer. No idea if audi do the same though...

You couldn't do that with the ford system, unless you were deaf and blind. There are visual and audio alerts as soon as the key leaves the radius of the car if it's 'on'.

I ordered a sportback 1.4 sport on the second week in January. Have been advised by my dealer that build week is 14 so should be an end of April delivery - which is what I was expecting.
