Good Lord 20k depreciation. It could be worse he could have gotten an A8. The depreciation on those cars are hefty and serious. The brave folk who paved the way for the second hand users I salute them because that would burn me to lose that much on depreciation.

I think given the way diesel cars are currently in freefall it makes sense why people are reluctant to go for them and switching to either petrol or hybrid or electric to hold the value

Hi folks So I was just randomly glancing on the audi website and to my surprise the hybrid Q7 and 8 is gone. Is this because of the Q8 e tron that they're pushing for customers to have or is it a part related issue as to why the Q7 and 8 hybrids were dropped from the website timeline?

I wouldn't be surprised if they moved the goalpost to include the zero emission cars too with the high tax and I may have to wait for a car that is more than 5/6 years old to bypass the high tax rate. So for instance if the car was registered in 2019 I'd have to wait until 2025 to get it which sucks

And it's for that very reason why I couldn't get the A6 C8 saloon back in 2021 when I traded my VW golf in. Ended up settling for an A4 instead and now with the petrol and diesel new sale ban coming up soon. I may have to abandon getting an A6 and go either for a Q8 hybrid or Q5 instead

One of my good friends recently got himself a 50 TFSIe S-Line trim and absolutely loves it. I've sat in it and have been amazed by how it is. I do however need to ask him about the real time figures though on average

What I've done in the past is bought the parts myself on euro car parts and taken it to my mechanic to fit it on for me. It's worked out better for me that way.
