I purchased the Connects2 Aux-In adaptor for my B7 A4. Seemed to work well at first, but I've started having issues with it so will probably rip it out and just fit a 3.5mm aux-in socket and recode the HU to enable it.

The boot sill's starting to look a bit worse for wear on my 07 Avant. What's the best way to protect it? The sticky film thing that Audi sell, or a steel plate? The latter's proving difficult to find. Also, the quality of boot liners/trays seems to vary quite a bit. Any recommendations...

Wondering if someone can steer me in the right direction to get this working! I don't want to use Audi's dock in the glove box - I want my iPod to live in the center console, and charge and play music. I used to have a Dension kit in my A3, but it's not compatible with the iPhone so I need to...

I have a big half-oil drum BBQ. So long as it's got enough time to cool down I can probably bring it along. Not sure if my car's on the stand though! Better check it fits in the Avant first, only ever moved it about in my old Land Rover!
