I'm one of those people who like everything to work or know what is the cause . Just spent 3 hours replacing the buttons on the climate control unit cos it looked s**t.

My alarm is silent!!! Everything else works. Lights flash etc etc I have replaced the siren 3 times and check the battery in it and all looks good. Could it be an ecu fault? If I need to scan the alarm what do I need to buy??? Thanks

I did this and it shows type 17 and type 19 which looks like the fitting direction? I will go for the highest amp tho cheers

My headlights have gone all cloudy ive used wet n dry,polish etc etc and its time they need replacing. Has anyone replaced there headlights with aftermarket ones? if where did you get them?,how much? and do you have any pictures? Do you lose the motors if you swap them? Thanks for your help with...

I see ill check they all work.!! What i was worried about was i took the car for a clean and they moved it then turned it off shut the door and washed the outside. Not knowing how it works i didn't want to get locked out if that makes sense Thanks for your replies

I had the same sort of thing and found it the be the arm the droplink connects too. It was moving front to back as the rubber was shot. It moved easy with a crowbar the other side was solid. To look at it looked ok

All fixed I changed both and the ones that came out were not the same. Aftermarket and totally different a lot shorter than the oem ones

Euro car parts looks good they range from £40 to £70 so i`m going to get £70 ones as they said they are as close as you can get to oem and replace both hopefully job done. Thank you everyone for your advise and help.
