Afternoon, Looking to doing this job very soon as I have minimal oil leaking into the spark plug holes and down the back of the block. I already have all the tools and gasket to carry out the job but wanted to check if there is a need for liquid gasket when doing it or is the rubber...

Ok, Will have a try and that but there is a space that needs to be filled where I cut the burnt bit out, this gap is about 4cm in length.

@LEE69 Thanks for the reply Even though the hose is not a rubber hose? It's a plastic ridged hose if you follow me, I tried to join them with a single piece of rubber hose I had but it ended up popping off. Cheers

Notice that when I tried to use the rear window washer that nothing was happening but I still heard a gush of water, it turns out that there was a hole in the piping half way up the drivers side pipe see attached pictures. Now It seems like this leak has cause damage to the rear demister as...
