    Dog lovers...

No my last dog was same breed as I have now, only realised when he was getting to grown size. When my last was took the vets by my mum when I was in work I knew she'd gone before my mum told me, was stood there and all of a sudden just felt empty like something had left me. I text my mum saying...

    Dog lovers...

Here's my beasty woo woo Milo. He'll be 5 on 11th April. He's a Staffy X German Shepherd, very strong, agile and intelligent, knows how to open living room window and doors around the house etc... He's like a brother to my son, and typically of Staffy's like a nanny to him, when we have fire on...

    clutch/flywheel options

Yeah I have, mixed reviews on them etc.... I did question them about it as read a thread that the lad had been sent reconditioned parts and they sent him brand new ones, other saying they've it lasted a day, or a year. There saying they bought kits not upto the job of there tune etc and that...

Noticeable change , Tesco Momentum , to Shell reg-saver ?

Random comment but I always use Texaco in my A3 1.9 TDI. Always did in my last car which was a Astra 1.7 DTi running 140-150bhp nearly double the standard 75bhp. I'd tried BP, shell regular and v-power, Esso, Tesco etc.... And found it ran best off Texaco, so with the Audi have carried on using...

    clutch/flywheel options

Here's the Kevlar clutch kit, it's rated to 520nm which works out about 385ftlb. So even if I went 180bhp/310ftlb be well within its limits. Has anyone had dealing with this kit from *************/nationwide...

    clutch/flywheel options

Ok, think I'll go LUK then. Can get full clutch kit and flywheel with CSC and new bolts for £295, unless anyone knows anywhere cheaper?! With it easily handle and last at 310ftlb though?! I don't rag it round everywhere mainly take it easy as don't need to put foot down to get upto speed, and...

    clutch/flywheel options

Yeah I'm thinking of staying dmf just to play it safe. Question is now LUK or SACHS, which is better/lasts longer and which can handle more power/torque. I'm currently running 165bhp/280ftlb blacksmoke remaps map, wanting to go for the 180bhp/310ftlb. But my dilemma is which kit is better. Or...

LUK or SACHS dmf clutch kit

Hi all... Clutch is starting to go, slipped a few times in 4th last night. Which is best and which can handle most power/torque. I've got A3 1.9 TDI 130bhp currently remapped to 165bhp/280ftlb (blacksmoke remap). Considering going to the 180bhp/310ftlb map if either of the clutch/dmf kits...

    clutch/flywheel options

Also should I mention it's 6 speed. Reading alot of debate on whether to go smf or not. Can people that have done it or know of people that have done it mind giving feedback. Also read that the valeo smf kit only handles 270ftlb max, I'm currently running 280ftlb, looking at going 180bhp/310ftlb.

    clutch/flywheel options

Yeah I've read that they can be noisy on tick over, but I've also read other saying in SE threads that there's is nice and quiet also. Where cheapest place to get one from. Think I've seen a lot for mine low end of £200 mark. Thanks
