I've got a local tuner who will hybrid my turbo and give me a loan of one while it's being done. I quite fancy buying a whole new unit anyway though to keep my old one as a spare

Since the remap the flywheels been juddering, not sure if it's always been there or if it's down to the extra torque, must be putting out around 450lb/ft

It's the delete pipe from darkside developments but I have a friendly MOT tester so not worried about it failing :) I've been looking at the 6 pot upgrade from D2 brakes but they certainly aren't cheap! What upgrade did you do Karl?

Hey guys, not been posting a lot, well, at all! I have a 3.0 TDi Quattro. DPF delete and straight through exhaust (sounds nuts) and custom map. Estimated running at 300bhp but not had it on the dyno yet. Next on my list is an intercooler and working towards a hybrid turbo & high pressure fuel...

A fellow jock I see? Haha :). Interesting how restricting these actually are! I'll make sure to get some before videos when I hand the car in tonight...and then some after videos on Friday when I pick it back up. Also interesting how much sound the dpf absorbs!

Ah it might be 2G lol yeah most of the kits are over a grand but I'm sure it can be done cheaper by sourcing second hand parts separately

Sorry I think I've worded this quite poorly, I only have the 1G Audi concert system so the kits I'm on about come with everything: head unit, gear surround controls, touch screen etc

Noticed a couple of places on eBay, amazon etc sell 3G MMI upgrade kits. Had anyone on here done this? I really miss being able to plug my iPhone in for music and sat nav & DAB would be a nice added extra as well
