I've found that you can just push them up the screen yourself by hand. I couldn't work out how to do it with the ignition off trick (although it's how I've donw the last 4 Audis I've owned) but they move quite easily and both at the same time. Also, and I'm not sure if this is common knowledge...

Yep the very same. It's my 5th audi through them. My dad's had a couple through them too. Never had a problem with their service.
