Common issue I have seen on the 8p clusters. A power chip goes bad on the motherboard. Can usually be repaired by a competent cluster repair shop. Or just buy a used cluster and get it cloned. The link above looks great! Sent from my moto z4 using Tapatalk

Odis usually won't work. Best way is to break a solder pin and reset mileage and everything. Then clone your old cluster to your new one. Then all the proper data, immo, mileage all gets transferred. In the states speedosolutions.com offers this service. Sent from my XT1650 using Tapatalk

my vote is its an OEM S3 rear bumper. Somebody added bolts for something at some point. The bolts are definitely not stock but the rear bumper appears to be oem
