Update: Swapped out two-piece headlights to once piece halogens with the option of upgrading to HID's. Keep in mind this required modifying the side trims to make them fit. Swapped out head unit from Delta to a Concert. Unfortunately, since the concert couldn't communicate with the CD...

Almost done with my one din(preface) to two din(facelift) conversion on my 97 2.8 5-speed Quattro.

So apparently nothing can communicate with the Concert HU. It may have to deal with the fact that it may have been tweaked by the last owner to not require a security code even if it was disconnected for long periods of time. 97 A4 2.8 V6 Quattro. I usually get 375-250, but I'm sure I can hit over 400 no problem. Seattle, Washington.

I guess I should of researched it before posting anything. No CDC was the code received. Programming is next step in order to make my Head Unit recognized the changer.

So I swapped my old Delta CC HU with a CONCERT from 98 A4. Started it up and everything worked just fine with the radio. The only issue is my 6 CD changer won't play and when I put in an iCarPlay cassette adapter the amp doesn't the rear speakers. Any thoughts.

So..... after researching into how to disable the Daytime Running Lights feature on my 97 Quattro, I had the pleasure in discovering the relay switch that i was suppose to deal with (#204 or #209) had two more of the same one, so instead of just one 204 I found three. Tried putting in a jumper...
