Depending on the year Audi fitted non replaceable bushes, meaning the whole anti roll bar needs to be replaced. Its also activated by the micro switch inside the locking mechanism. I have seen them stick before, a spray of WD40 soon frees it up.

The rear window use a very thin wire integrated into the glass, so when the window is broken it breaks this wire causing the sensor to read open circuit. It could be a wiring fault or the sensor has packed up. I would clear the fault then rescan. If the fault reapers then start to investigate...

Looks like air has got behind the paint. Might be worth using a pin and make a small hole then use something like like a credit card and gently try to force the air out.
