    Mines lower than this with 225 tyres et45 alloys. I had the same issue even with the screws out, all i did was cut abit of the plastic liner out where it sticks out from the body. Spot on now!

    Ordered new wishbones, bushes and ball joints for my A3. Does anybody know if the wheel alignment needs doing after changing these? Thanks.

    I think they are both complete units, could be wrong! Dint fit mine myself so cant recall seeing them that much just in the box lol. All depends on the condition they may not need changing.....just as its a bigish job to get them off (mainly fronts) I changed mine.

    Used original drop links with mine just check the condition of them. Probably best to replace all top mounts while its all apart, well that's what I did for peace of mind.

    Coilovers are the only way to go on, will look awesome then on those! AP's are great for the money and still a great ride. Depending on the cars mileage I would change all four tops mounts.

    Get some 215 and you be fine to go low low. Mine were 8.5 and had no issues

    What J are the wheels? I had et42 on mine with no issues very low but was running 215 tyres
