I would have thought having just the one small cat left in I would hear the V6 once the DPF was removed but only sounds a little deeper not much though. Crazy how the first small cat (after the turbo) silences the car. I'm so tempted to put a straight pipe in or remove the cat internals.
Can anyone tell me or point me in the direction to a guide to remove the speedo cluster on the dash. I have a 2012 A6 C7 Avant.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Looks familiar...... I done the exact same thing to mine back in June. Did you see my post? I got pics on there if you get stuck

There are ways to remove the DPF but still keeping the stock pipe. It involves cutting a slit in the back of the DPF housing, removing the internals and neatly welding it back up along the seam. Very hard to tell it has gone. Then the ecu needs to be mapped. So I've been told wink wink.
Can't...
Thats awesome to hear! I live 15 mins down the road from SA tuning so it was easy for me to go there but if I didn't live so close I would have tried the #truetune. Simon, the owner definitely knows his stuff and puts in the hours for the development.
Have you contacted Audi retrofit? Pretty sure I see he has done one on his Instagram. Check out his website and drop him a message.

Check this video out too. It can be done.
I use a Racechip throttle controller. I had the same peeve with my A6 3.0 tdi. I couldn't recommend it enough! easy to install and wont break the bank. I will warn you though after I had mine mapped putting it in RACE+ can cause soiled pants.

I haven't had it MOT'd yet but I have a guy. Even he said as I still have the cat in it it shouldn't be an issue even if he was legit, the welds are un-noticeable [emoji23] I can't say I notice as I had it remapped at the same time.

Yeah I would have thought having just the one small cat left in you would hear the V6 once the DPF was removed but only sounds a little deeper not much though. I think it's because all the videos on youtube have had a DPF delete pipe installed which get rid of the cat/DPF. Where as I've only had...
I think one of the reasons I wanted to put my own stamp on the car with these tips is that although it has the RS6 valence it's not an RS6. More of a gentlemans nod to beast - kinda
