The B8 subframe is the same for the cars, only difference is where you mount the engine mounts when putting it back on an A4/A5.
Unscrew all 12 bolts to make it move . I took pictures and make them for you.
Best go back and release the 12.

You also obviously need to take off the lower wish bone or loosen it for dome slack.
By the way, why do you need to move it?
If its not warped nor bent, its easier to get a proper laser realignment than fiddle with the subframe.
With a power tool its not a long job though.
50mm won't drop it too much. You will have 2 finger gap and can almost see all your wheel outline. Sits better with spacers too. I used to have AP coilovers and was quite low. Eibach Sportline came almost close to my then set up. Only difference now I feel is the the car wallows slightly on...
Depends on how low you want to go. Best get decent brands if you want coilovers. Spring and strut set up is fixed but gives an all comfortable ride.
Not plugging business I have some AP coilovers for sale.
I have had the two set ups and will say both have advantages .
Coilovers come trumps...
On wheel alignment , a good shop will tell you once it's been on the machine on whether it needs its or not. My money is on your shocks. That's just my take. Had the same issue of a wobbly rear on hitting a bump or on a bend and it was my left rear shock. This was on a Quattro 8L
