I have a 1.8T sport and I get 320-360 depending on how it's been driven etc . .MPG is usually around the 32 mark.

I would think it a plausable notion to think that the ombudsman would rule that the insurance company have already sold the car back to you,as it is,not in component form. The insurance company would possibly have to pay the salvage company compensation for breech of contract.But this is not...
