My Mk6 Golf R ( Same EA113 engine as S3 8P) currently maxes the MAF sensor reading at 5,800rpm.....364.08g/s. Using the rough 0.8 rule that equates to 455bhp at the same revs.
HTA3071GT turbo, WMI, 2bar boost.
We were lucky enough to have Bilstein's suspension truck at the Nurburgring at one trackday and one of the techs gave me the best all around settings for track with the PSS10's.....5 front and 8 rear, and set the ARB's to soft front and hard rear. I've stuck with that ever since.:o.k:

I use the R as a daily. Handles well and goes well. I have had a couple of Audi's in the past. An A3 1.9 sport TDI Quattro and an A3 2.0TDI DSG sport. Both were modified. :blackrs4:
