Does anyone know if you can retrofit a black optics pack? I've seen many grill surrounds changed - but I wondered if its easy to change the window surrounds to the black optic parts as well? If so are there any garages offering it? Grateful for any advice!

One thing to consider is that a new tyre has 8mm tread depth and you can use them until 1 mm is left, that's an overall difference of 14mm in diameter from a new to worn tyre..... enough to cover your worries about an 8mm difference?

These 170bhp TDI engines used to give 50+ mpg before the DPF was fitted as standard, there is quite a lot of posts and history on these engines, the DPF factor and claimed/actual mpgs throughout Audi websites.
From personal experience, my 255/35/19s have to kept at the makers recommended pressures, 44/38, otherwise they will not wear correctly.
